retailer takes profits by earning commission every time he/she sells a load.
For example, every time you sold an amount of P30 worth of load, a corresponding commission of 3.17% will immediately go to your load wallet plus the P30 that a customer had paid to you.

Although this is a standard commission, a retailer is still given a freedom to charge an additional fee to the amount that the customer will pay. (ex: You sold P30 worth of load plus commission of P0.95 (3.17%) and an additional charge of P3.00. You had already earned a total of 3.95 (13%) in just one sales.
